SECOND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM
Meeting convened at 7:30 p.m.; those present and voting were the following members:
Dimitri Tolchinski, Chairman, Keith Czarnecki, Vice Chairman, Mervin Roberts (regular member), Aimee Eberly (regular member) and Daniel McFadden (alternate).
Also present: Ron Rose, Sanitarian.
Absent: Luisa Grogan (regular member), George James (regular member), Roger Breuning (regular member), Angus McDonald (alternate)
The Chairman Tolchinski called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. He announced Daniel McFadden as a voting member for that meeting.
1. Reading and Approval of the January 20, 2011 Minutes.
The unapproved Minutes were revised and corrected as proposed by Chairman Tolchinski, Members Mervin Roberts, Keith Czarnecki and Aimee Eberly.
The Motion ”to approve the minutes as corrected” was made by Mervin Roberts and seconded by Keith Czarnecki.
In favor: D. Tolchinski, K. Czarnecki, Mervin Roberts, Aimee Eberly and D.McFadden.
Opposed: None Abstaining: None
The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
2.Chairman report No vote was taken
3.Determination of the “AREA OF SPECIAL CONCERN “ in the Town Of Old Lyme
regarding potential water pollution. No vote was taken.
4. Preparing New Regulations.
The motion “ to table it until next meeting when all members will be present“ was made by Aimee Eberly and seconded by Mervin Roberts.
In favor: D. Tolchinski, K. Czanecki, M. Roberts, Aimee Eberly and McFadden.
Opposed: None Abstaining: None
The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
5. Correspondence from Attorney Ronald F. Ochner to the Chairman of WPCA.
The motion “ to pay Attorney Ronald F. Ochsner bills in full and sever all his service
to WPCA” was made by Aimee Eberly and seconded by Mervin Roberts. Pg. 2 of 2
After discussion vote was taken. In favor: D.Tolchinski, K.Czarnecki, M. Roberts,
A.Eberly and D. McFadden. Opposed: None Abstaining: None
The motion passed unanimously.
6. Septic pump out issues.
Chairman Tolchinski made recommendation to invite the homeowners who have not had pump out their septic tanks for an extended period of time to Water Pollution Control Authority Hearing Panel. There were no objections to do that.
7. Committee Reports: None
The meeting adjourned at 9:25 p.m. on a motion by Mervin Roberts,
Seconded by Dimitri Tolchinski.
